Why You Should Look Under Every Chair

Let’s start by looking at frame built chairs.

FRAME BUILT CHAIRS

Chairs are the most difficult furniture to make and even harder to make well.

There are three primary reasons frame chairs are uniquely designed and built to last a lifetime.

Industrial Lag Bolts

We made a conscious decision to use 4″ long industrial-size bolts to secure the corner block to the frame. There is no “weak link” in our chair construction. The bolt on the right is our standard. (On the left is…well, not ours.)

T3 TechnologyTM

Not one, not two, but 3 mortise & Tenon-style joints are used on each corner block. This revolutionary joinery design provides unsurpassed strength and stability in our frame chair construction - even more reliable than metal.
