A fine collection of deep seating comfort and style, the Van Buren offers a simplistic version of mission-style furniture with all the possibility of relaxation and ease. Available with different chairs, sofas and end tables, the collection also offers a cushioned swing to add the perfect finish to any front porch or deck.

Finch warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this polyethylene patio furniture product is free of defects in workmanship and materials.

The warranty period is twenty (20) years of residential use and five (5) years of commercial use, with exceptions on certain parts as explained below, from the date of sale. This warranty does not cover damage caused by unauthorized service or repair; alteration or abuse, normal wear and tear on materials, or any attempt to use the product in a manner or for a purpose other than for which it is intended. Finch will repair or, at its option, replace the defective product without charge. Should Finch choose to replace the product, and the product is discontinued, a substitute product of similar function and equal or greater value will be made. Polyethylene may scratch during normal use, fade slightly from exposure to sunlight, or stain after prolonged contact with other substances.

These conditions are not defects and are not covered under this warranty.
Stainless steel fasteners are warranted to not fail structurally for the applicable warranty period if maintained according to the Care and Maintenance document. Swivels are warranted to not fail structurally for five (5) years of residential use. This warranty does not cover rusted fasteners and swivels, or structural failure due to rusted fasteners and swivels, resulting from improper maintenance. Cushions are warranted for a period of one (1) year of residential use. Compression of cushions is not considered a defect.

Finch makes no warranties other than those which are expressly described herein.

Finch extends no implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose, and disclaims all liability for indirect or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits or other economic or commercial losses.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of indirect or consequential damages; therefore, the above limitation may not apply to you. The sole remedy provided in this warranty is repair or replacement of this product. Any cost of shipping and handling will be paid by you.

Your claim must explain the nature of the defect and include your name, address, and telephone number. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. As defined by federal law, this is a limited warranty.

Once you've added all the products you need to receive a quote for, view your list and complete the form to submit to our local furniture experts who will provide you a response via email with your quote details.
    2. You visit the Request For a quote form page, without adding any products in your list and submit the form with the product details included in your request.
    3. You can add products into your cart and during the checkout process. Instead of moving forward with the checkout, submit your request for a quote, using the list of products in your cart by simply clicking on the button "Request A Quote" in the cart on the check out page. You can include the variation of the product you need, if the option is provided in the catalog, and you can also include the quantity you need here as well.

    When we order your custom product, the manufacturer will ship your item to our local showroom at 8620 Glenwood Ave in Raleigh. There are a couple manufacturers that offer direct shipping to your home address, but we do not usually offer this option, unless you are from out of state. What we usually offer, are two options.
    1. White Glove Delivery - For a service fee of $100, our professional delivery team will carefully deliver your furniture to your home, bring it in and set it up where you want it placed.
    2. Local Pick up - For free, you can come to our local showroom in Raleigh to pick up your furniture.
